The 41×41 Building 2026 Initiative is a national, multi-city education and workforce impact series designed to strengthen literacy, social emotional learning (SEL), community wellness, and long-term workforce readiness.The initiative delivers live community labs, professional education cohorts, institutional partnerships, and city activations across the United States between January 5 and the first week of March 2026.
